Sanitation and Disenfectant

With the impact of COVID-19 outbreak new Zealand, U.P.M Ltd offer our services to spray a chlorine-based agent on the playgrounds, swings, benches, basically any exterior surface and kill all bugs, germs and this can even affect Covid-19. Once an area has been disinfected it will not be able to be used for about an hour post spraying, but the surface will be sanitised and disinfected. Inquire for more details.

Pre-paint house wash

Our pre-paint house wash or building wash is ideal for exterior painting preparation, as it both cleans the surface to be painted, and also leaves the surface sterile by killing all moss, mold and lichen (including spores, which can cause regrowth later on). We may also include a mild degreaser to best prepare walls for painting.
